Mozaic App
A creative project can have many contributors and one payment. At Mozaic, I led product work to make the split understandable, from the agreement through the payout.

The Problem
Creators worked together. Paying everyone was still a manual job.
The approach
How the work took shape
Begin with the agreement
Percentage splits were only the starting point. Creators also needed to account for tiers, recoupment, currencies, and permissions. I worked with customers to understand which decisions they needed to make themselves and which calculations the platform could handle, then translated those distinctions into setup and tracking flows.
Decide what to build next
I owned the roadmap across creator and business experiences. Research, transaction behavior, and A/B tests helped the team choose between onboarding fixes, new capabilities, and foundational platform work. Conversion, engagement, and retention gave us a way to judge those choices after release.
Give AI a defined job
I partnered with engineering on fraud detection, payment recommendations, and reporting. I also architected an MCP framework for agents specializing in splits, payments, and insights. The payment system remained the source of truth; the agents had specific responsibilities around it.
The hard parts
The constraint
People needed to trust the split without learning the payment infrastructure behind it.
The decision
We made terms, collaborators, and payment status visible, revealing more detail when it was needed.
The constraint
AI assistance had to stay within a clear financial role.
The decision
I separated agent responsibilities and kept calculations and payment records authoritative.
Product Experience

Creator Wallet
Balances and recent money movements give creators a quick answer to where their money stands.

Split Anywhere
The extension brings split setup into the tools creators already use.

Project Economics
Project-level reporting keeps revenue and recoupment together so collaborators can follow the same numbers.
The outcome
What changed
The result
- ✓Led the roadmap and feature delivery across creator and business payment experiences.
- ✓Established research, analytics, and experimentation practices for the product team.
- ✓Advanced AI-assisted reporting, fraud detection, and payment recommendations.
- ✓Architected MCP coordination for agents working on splits, payments, and financial insights.
Looking back
A payment flow has to explain the agreement before asking people to trust the automation. That shaped the setup screens as much as the reporting.
Giving each agent a specific job made the AI work easier to discuss with engineering and easier to distinguish from the payment system itself.
Where I contributed
Product
- Owned strategy, the roadmap, prioritization, and feature delivery.
Design
- Worked with designers to make split setup and payment tracking easier to follow.
Engineering
- Partnered on platform decisions and architected the MCP agent framework.
